CLARIFICATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698 ("KVKK”)
The protection of your personal data is one of the most important priorities of Nexta Decüm Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (“Nexta”). Within this framework, we have prepared this clarification text in order to provide you with detailed information about the processes related to your personal data that we process and your rights in these processes, stating that we show maximum sensitivity to the processing of your personal data and its confidentiality and security.
A. Purposes of Data Processing, Processed Personal Data, Legal Reasons and Methods of Collection
We process the identity information (name, surname), contact information (e-mail address, phone number) and company information (company name, address) of the related persons for the purpose of conducting pre-contract interviews and studies by obtaining them from the relevant persons and/or the company /institution official they work for within the scope of subparagraphs c and f of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK.
We process the identity information (name, surname, tckn, signature), contact information (e-mail address, phone number) and company information (company name, address, vkn, tax office) of the related persons for the purpose of establishing a contract and fulfilling the contract by obtaining them from the relevant persons and/or the company / institution official they work for within the scope of paragraph c of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK.
For the purpose of invoice and receipt cutting and accounting transactions execution, we process the identity information (first name, surname, tckn, signature), contact information (e-mail address, address, phone number), financial information (IBAN, paid bank, tax office, payment amount) and company information (company name, address, vkn, tax office) from the relevant persons themselves, from the bank where the relevant person transacts and/or from the company /institution official where he works within the a, c and o clauses of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK by obtaining .
We organize conferences, seminars, trainings, symposiums, events, etc. we process the identity information (name, surname), contact information (e-mail address, phone number) and company information (company name, address) of the relevant persons by obtaining them from the relevant persons within the scope of paragraphs e and f of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK for the purpose of registration of participants related to organizations, quota planning and identification of participants. We obtain and process the personal data of the related persons related to identity information (name, surname), contact information (e-mail address, phone number) and the reason for the communication by contacting Nexta within the scope of subparagraphs c, d and f of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK for the purpose of conducting communication processes, managing requests and complaints, and resolving these processes.
We obtain and process the identity information (first name, surname, tckn) and contact information (e-mail address, address, phone number) of the relevant persons from the contents of incoming and outgoing documents, cargo and official correspondence within the a, c, ç, d and e clauses of the second paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK for the purpose of conducting official correspondence with incoming and outgoing documents and cargo management.
We obtain and process the identity information (first name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address) of the relevant persons through our internet address and e-mail address in accordance with the first paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK in order to register for the E-Bulletin, which we transmit current developments on the KVKK to our followers, and to deliver the content.

B. Transfer of Personal Data
We transfer the personal data we have obtained for the purpose of establishing a contract, fulfilling the contract, cutting invoices and receipts and conducting accounting transactions to the authorized public institution and organization in order to fulfill our legal obligations and to our supplier company due to the purchase of services in the field of accounting.

We transfer the personal data we have obtained for the purpose of inbound and outbound document and cargo management and official correspondence to the other side of the document, cargo and official correspondence and to the postal officer for the purpose of conducting the processes.
We transfer the personal data we have obtained for the purpose of carrying out communication processes to business and solution partners for the purpose of carrying out the processes.

C. Rights of the Person Concerned

Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

For convenience in making applications, the Relevant Person Application Form has been created and this form has been placed on our internet address. However, it is not mandatory for applications to be made through this form. Every application made in accordance with the Communiqué on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller will be evaluated.
Applications submitted to us will be answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date the request reaches Nexta, depending on the nature of the request. If the evaluation and decision-making process also requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as the basis.
